Illaminian (Illamini) is a fictional language spoken in the Story of Arceus duology. It is the official language of Illaminamo and the first language of many Illaminian Arceans. Out-of-universe, it is a substitution cipher of Italian.
Construction
Illaminian is derived by substituting each consonant and vowel of the Latin alphabet with the next letter of the respective type, resulting in the following ciphertext alphabet:
